​​Scott Ransom and his electrical team completed  "Beacon Square," at the end of September 2017.  This Pomeroy Group, Senior Development in Lake Orion consisted of 73 Independent Living Units, 52 Assisted Living Units and 38 Memory Care Units.  Kirco Manix was the General Contractor. 

Scottie and his team completed wiring the new addition to All Seasons of West Bloomfield for Beztak.  That team has moved over to Beztak's newest project, All Seasons of Ann Arbor.


Ransom is a Electrician. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, and has been doing an outstanding job for Epic Electrical and our clients.

Lee Mausling has graciously, and expertly, taken on the ​role of our maintenance and tenant finish expert.  He completed wiring the new law offices of Serlin, Trivax

and Associates in Farmington Hills.  Lee is providing expert electrical service work for dozens of Epic clients.
