In the summer of 2017 Epic completed electrical work on the 162 unit Beacon Square Senior Living facility in Lake Orion.
In the Fall of 2018 we began work on two more projects for Beztak Land Company. All Seasons of Ann Arbor is a 200 unit high end Senior living facility and Uptown of Ann Arbor is a mixed use project in Pittsfield Township.

After completing work on an 80 unit apartment complex in Canton, Uptown II, Epic was rewarded with a new contract to wire Uptown III.
This phase consisted of a 100 apartment units along with a high end community building and site lighting. The project,was completed in the late summer of 2017.
Our History
Eric and Rick met twenty seven years ago. Since that time they have worked
together on thousands of houses, apartment units and commercial projects.
Before starting Epic Electrical, they wired projects for Beztak Properties, Group Five Management, Dart Properties, Toll Brothers, Centex, Ryan Homes, The Brody Companies, Consolidated Managment, Crosswinds Communities, The Windmill Group, Norwood Homes and Mike Building Co.
Eric was the first graduate of a US Department of Labor Apprenticeship program Rick developed in the mid 1990s. He went on to get his Journeyman's, Masters, and Contractor's licenses.
Rick moved to Arizona in 2007. Before considering retirement, he obtained his Arizona electrical contracting license. Eric talked him out of retirement.
Following a six year hiatus, Pierson and Feinberg reunited in 2012. They teamed up with former colleague, Scott Ransom, and have wired several spectacular projects including "All Seasons of West Bloomfield," "All Seasons of Birmingham," "All Seasons of Ann Arbor," "Beacon Square" in Lake Orion, and well over 300 apartment units in Canton.
Over the past few years we completed electrical work on the "Beacon Square" Senior facility in Lake Orion, phase III of the "Uptown Apartments," phase II of "All Seasons of West Bloomfield" and "Uptown" live/work in Ann Arbor. Epic reunited with Toll Brothers in 2017 and has been wiring houses in several different communities since then. In the summer of 2020 work began on houses in the "Reserve at West Bloomfield."
In the fall of 2022 Epic wrapped up work on "Monark Grove," a major senior living project in Clarkston for Kirco Manix Construction. Late in the year we began working with Century Homes, a well recognized national home builder. We started with two communities and by the summer of 2023 we were wiring houses in five Century Communities
